The “Carats” brand name was founded in 1993 by Haris Karoullas in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Carats is the leading designing and manufacturing brand of jewellery in Cyprus with more than 12,000 unique items.

Carats owns and operates 5 branded stores across the island of Cyprus, as well as a production facility in Larnaca.

We are proud to design and manufacture all our jewelry in our production facility. Our collection includes high-end diamond jewellery, precious and semi-precious stones, with natural and/or lab grown diamonds. Also, we produce gold with cubic zircons and plain gold. For our silver and stainless-steel designs, we proudly associate with external designers.

Here at Carats, we design unique masterpieces that not only exceed your expectations but also capture the sentiment you want to express. We design and manufacture for all ages and all budgets, that is what makes us unique.

We are serving more than 60,000 happy customers and that makes us proud to produce more than 3,000 unique designs every year.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, and Google pay, all of which are safe and well-known payment methods.  Within Cyprus, we also accept cash on delivery, so you only pay when you receive your products from your local courier.

Shipping is free for all products.

It depends on the country and the time of ordering. Usually, it takes from 7 to 15 working days.

Please note that there is no mention of jewellery in the above address to help prevent the items being lost or stolen.

Once we receive the item, it will then be checked by our quality controllers to ensure it is in good condition. If so, we will then refund you the full amount.

Please note that items must be returned within four weeks of receipt to receive your refund. Refunds are also not available for purchases made using gift cards.
