RETURN & EXCHANGES/ WARRANTY

In case of receipt of a wrong product or a manufacturing error, please contact us to submit a return request. Please note that return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the receipt of the product. After this time period, returns will not be accepted.

If you are not happy with your item or items, please return them via registered mail to our headquarters in Cyprus at the following address:

Please note that there is no mention of jewellery in the above address to help prevent the items being lost or stolen.

Once we receive the item, it will then be checked by our quality controllers to ensure it is in good condition. If so, we will then refund you the full amount.

Please note that items must be returned within four weeks of receipt to receive your refund. Refunds are also not available for purchases made using gift cards.

SECURE PAYMENT (VISA, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, and Google pay, all of which are safe and well-known payment methods.  Within Cyprus, we also accept cash on delivery, so you only pay when you receive your products from your local courier.
